Advised Company and Sponsor on a material amendment that extended maturity of senior and junior debt. Sponsor invested incremental dollars for liquidity structured between the senior and junior debt. Over time, Company continued to deteriorate and we then advised the Company and Sponsor on a consensual out of court turnover of the business to the lenders, including the exchange of mezz and existing equity for certain new equity consideration.
