Capital Solutions was engaged by the portfolio company of a Sponsor, the largest grower and marketer of organic and conventional fresh herbs in the US.  Capital Solutions arranged modifications to its senior and mezzanine debt and a structured equity investment.  Capital Solutions also provided strategic advice on a follow-on amendment.  The Sponsor retained majority control.
