Capital Solutions was engaged to advise the shareholders on the continued viability of a  dry bulk hauler in the Southeast, Evergreen Transportation. Capital Solutions successfully secured a “Debtor-In-Possession” facility from the largest creditor, advised the company through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy process, and helped execute strategic alternatives while in bankruptcy.  Bob Kosian was appointed as the Chief Restructuring Officer during the engagement.
